Yule Be Happy

Here are a few of the bookmarks I just finished. The fronts are gesso stamping, with paints and glaze. The backs are the top ply of paper napkins. (Don't throw your paper napkins away, people. You never know when they can be used to hold your place.)



I was noticing how silently the peace of the Yuletide has fallen upon our neighborhood. I wanted to show you some photos, so you can feel the peace, too.

Here are some of the warmest lights of the season.

The B & B, with White Chocolate Saint Nick visiting.
He loves the fire engines in the fire station next door.

There is much activity in the stone cottage, baking goodies for Milk Chocolate Saint Nick,
who is visiting next door.

Zip, the Wonderdog, keeps watch upon kitty pat Cat, who can smell the holiday cookies.

I think the trees of the neighborhood are particularly full and beautiful this year.
